Hello,
My name is Sonia Brex and I am an intuitive energy healer , Hatha Yoga trainer and singer-songwriter, specialized in sound healing with crystal bowls at 432Hz and my voice. With a deep passion for holistic well-being and a diverse skill set that encompasses various disciplines, I offer a range of services aimed at promoting health and inner harmony.
Sound Bath: An immersive healing experience through the vibrations of crystal bowls, capable of reducing stress and facilitating the release of accumulated tensions.
Harmonic Meditation: Guided sessions that combine meditation techniques and therapeutic sounds to help participants achieve a state of deep calm and inner connection.
Hatha Yoga Classes: I offer gentle and accessible classes for everyone, from beginners to those with experience, focusing on breathing, awareness, and relaxation.
Energy Readings and Personal Coaching: Through my training and sensitivity, I help people understand and harmonize their energies, providing insights and techniques for their personal growth and well-being journey.
Meditative Concerts: During the concert, I will use a combination of crystal and Tibetan bowls, percussion instruments, and my voice, supported by a looper. This approach creates an enveloping sound environment where the vibrations of the bowls and the rhythms of the percussion intertwine with vocal melodies, inviting participants to let go and explore their inner world. The experience will be enriched by hypnotic visuals (Cymatics).
Language Skills: I am fluent in Italian, English, and German, which allows me to communicate and interact with an international clientele, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Goal: My goal is to contribute to people's well-being through holistic and mindful practices, creating a serene and rejuvenating atmosphere. I am excited to collaborate with Spas, Hotels, and Holistic Centers that share my vision of care and harmony.
